On the attack, Røkkr took a slow capture at the A point while out slaying the defense. A multi-kill from Attach allowed for a rock-solid defense at the B zone for Minnesota, giving them the opening round win. Starting on defense, Røkkr prioritized their setup at the B point, giving the A capture to LAG. Unfortunately, a final chaotic round went in favor of the Guerrillas, who secured the Game 2 win, 6-4. Røkkr were not going down without a fight, putting together a flawless offense to bring themselves one round away from LAG. LAG continued their lead with a full hold on the second hill sending them over the 200-point mark. The Guerrillas answered with a fourth to fifth hill chain, taking a 50-point lead over Minnesota as both teams rotated back towards P1. Despite forfeiting opening hill time to LAG, Minnesota Røkkr took an early lead after a heads-up route from Bance secured a strong P2 hold for his team.
